Experienced 2nd stew for a 50M private program

We have an opening for a 2nd stew on a 45-50M the USA flagged private yacht. The start date will be late March, the program is totally private with split time between New England (approx 4 months) and WPB (Approx 7-8 months). We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with longevity ideally coming from a large yacht. This would be a great opportunity for someone with a place in WPB or who might want to set up camp there, strong in service. The owner is on quite a lot but the crew can often go home with watches rotating. Candidates must be able to work in the USA legally, Green Card holders are encouraged to apply. The starting salary is DOE but will likely be in the $4500-$5000 range.
